Your new role
The job of the Finance Business Partner will be a permanent one. It will be a high-impact role where you'll act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders at all levels, both finance and non-finance, driving financial insight and supporting strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities for the role will involve:
1. Business Partnering with managers and senior leadership team across multiple areas
2. Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process and developing financial solutions to improve profitability
3. Financial planning and reporting; attending meetings to discuss financial performance and prepare detailed reporting packs
4. Supporting the business from amercial perspective and providing high-level advice on the market conditions.
5. Delivering detailed sales analysis
6. Identifying and managing key risks across projects and divisions
7. Stakeholder engagement
8. Identifying areas to improve profitability and efficiency
9. Translating financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant, who will have strong experience of financial business partnering. They will have worked in aplex business and befortable working with large volumes of data.
