We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Technologist to join the Technical team Supporting the Head of Technical, this role is vital in maintaining technical compliance, driving quality improvement, and delivering excellent service across designated customer accounts.

Working hours:
Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Account Support
* Assist the Head of Technical in delivering high-quality technical service to assigned customer accounts.
* Manage day-to-day technical requirements within specific product categories or tasks.
* Prepare technical summaries, reports, and responses for both internal and external stakeholders.
* Represent MM Flowers during customer visits, audits, and virtual meetings.
