Oodles Wok is a fast-growing, franchise-led restaurant brand delivering fresh, high-quality Asian cuisine across the UK. From our Leicester City Centre head office, we lead national marketing, operational support, and brand strategy to drive performance across our expanding network of franchise locations.
We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Marketing Executive with franchise or multi-site marketing experience in the QSR or hospitality sector to help scale and strengthen the Oodles Wok brand.
Job Summary
The Marketing Executive will play a key role in delivering high-impact, scalable marketing initiatives across a multi-location franchise network. This role will focus on local store marketing (LSM), franchise partner support, and new store openings, ensuring campaigns are both locally relevant and aligned with national brand standards.
You will act as a central point of contact for franchisees, helping them execute effective marketing activity while maintaining brand consistency across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and optimise local store marketing (LSM) campaigns across multiple franchise locations, driving footfall and sales.
* Lead marketing coordination for new store openings, including pre-launch strategy, launch campaigns, and post-opening performance tracking.
* Act as a key liaison for franchise partners, providing marketing guidance, toolkits, and ongoing support to maximise local performance.
* Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all franchise marketing activity, both in-store and offline.
* Develop and roll out scalable marketing toolkits and templates for franchisees (flyers, POS, menus, promotional assets).
* Support franchise partners with local promotions, partnerships, and community engagement initiatives.
* Organise and execute local marketing activations and events to build brand presence in key territories.
* Monitor campaign performance across locations, providing insight-driven recommendations and ROI analysis.
* Maintain and manage a centralised marketing calendar across corporate and franchise activity.
* Collaborate with external agencies, suppliers, and printers to deliver high-quality marketing materials at scale.
* Conduct competitor analysis and local market research to identify growth opportunities for franchise locations.
* Travel to franchise sites and new openings as required to support on-ground execution.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
* 1–3 years’ experience in marketing within a franchise, QSR, hospitality, or retail environment is essential.
* Demonstrable experience supporting multi-site or franchise marketing operations.
* Strong understanding of local store marketing (LSM) and customer acquisition strategies.
* Experience working directly with stakeholders or franchise partners is highly desirable.
* Highly organised, proactive, and commercially focused with a results-driven mindset.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Canva or Adobe Suite is desirable.
* Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel to locations as required.
* Based in or able to commute to Leicester City Centre.
* Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
