Job Description
TXM Recruit is currently seeking X2 Gas Safe Plumbers to work in the Chertsey, Surrey area, servicing ultra-high-end mansions for a private property management company.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts from 8-4 or 9-5. Overtime is available.
Must work weekends on a shift rota (approximately 1 in 4, but variable). During the busy season (May to October), flexibility regarding hours and days is required.
Salary: £40,000 (overtime after 40 hours at time and a half).
Key Responsibilities:
* Install, maintain, and repair hot and cold-water services, sanitation, waste disposal systems, and central heating systems.
* Fix and maintain piped services, including drainage.
* Test closed loop heating circuits for correct levels.
* Assist colleagues as needed.
* Maintain inventory of plumbing materials.
* Coordinate with colleagues, supervisors, and managers to ensure excellent service delivery.
* Provide cover for colleagues during absences.
* Follow all company policies and health and safety regulations.
* Participate in seasonal shift and on-call rota.
* Perform any additional duties as required.
