Service Advisor required in Ashford, Kent:
1. Basic Salary up to £34,000 + OTE £36,000+
2. Monday – Friday 8:00 – 18:00 (with 1-hour lunch)

They are currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their friendly team. You’ll work in a modern, well-equipped workshop, providing a welcoming experience for customers and supporting the day-to-day operations of the service department.

8. On Target Earnings (OTE) of £36,000+
9. Monday to Friday, 8:00 – 18:00, with a 1-hour lunch
10. 1 Saturday per month, 8:00 – 13:00 (paid extra)

Your main Responsibilities as a Service Advisor:
14. Greeting customers and managing vehicle drop-offs and collections
15. Listening to customer concerns and documenting their requests accurately
16. Keeping customers updated on vehicle progress
17. Identifying additional services or products and upselling where appropriate
18. Preparing accurate invoices and explaining work carried out
19. Supporting the workshop team with relevant information and scheduling work
20. Promoting service plans, warranties, and other add-on sales
What we’re looking for in our ideal Service Advisor:
21. Proven experience in a service advisory or related role within the automotive trade
22. Excellent customer service and communication skills
23. Organised with the ability to manage multiple customer bookings
24. Confident in upselling and explaining technical work in a clear manner
25. IT literate – experience with automotive management systems would be advantageous
26. Full UK driving licence, preferably clean
Nice to have:
27. Experience with dealership software like or similar systems
28. Background in sales or parts advisory roles
