In close partnership with the Head of Technology – Service, you'll create a seamless path from design to deployment, ensuring every change lands smoothly and delivers measurable impact.

What You Will Be Doing
Lead the technology roadmap, ensuring clear priorities and timely delivery.
Oversee a multi‑year portfolio across applications, data, infrastructure and digital.
Embed modern delivery frameworks, governance, risk management and reporting.
Translate business needs into actionable delivery plans.
Partner with Technology Service to ensure smooth transition into stable, secure operations.
Manage vendors and partners to ensure value, quality and effective delivery.
Retire legacy technologies and enable modern digital ways of working.
Build and develop a high‑performing delivery team focused on ownership and continuous improvement.
About You
Extensive senior IT leadership experience delivering complex enterprise change.
Proven track record in transformation, legacy modernisation and long‑term roadmap planning.
Strong programme, project, portfolio and benefits‑realisation expertise.
Broad knowledge of enterprise applications, digital platforms, data, integrations and cloud‑first architecture.
Strategic, commercially aware and effective in fast‑paced, matrixed environments.
Credible and influential with senior leaders and Boards.
