We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in one of our London venues. Location: Central London Rate of Pay: £45,000 per annum plus up to a 6k performance related bonus Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 9:00am - 17:00pm / 10:00am - 18:00pm, Key Responsibility: Achieve and exceed sales targets on room hire, food and beverage. Design, plan and deliver a sales plan and strategy, working alongside the Marketing & Events Manager Grow the business through maximising uptake and spend per head Identify new business opportunities, demonstrate and implement innovation whenever possible Proactively grow and develop relationships with prospective and existing key account Ensure all sales collateral is in line with the venue’s marketing plan Create quality proposals for our clients - corporate, private and social Oversee and manage invoicing and payment for the events To win and retain business and to promote awareness of all facilities and services available Manage motivate, support, drive, provide guidance and development for all members of the onsite sales team Our Ideal Candidate: Design compelling sales proposals that tell the venue’s story Great team management skills Proactivity in dealing with all enquiries (telephone / email) to ensure that they are dealt with in an efficient and friendly manner.
