Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented General Finance Specialist professional to join our Finance Department. This role is critical to ensuring accurate financial management, compliance, and operational efficiency across our organization.


Key Responsibilities

Cash Flow Monitoring

* Monitor daily bank transactions and reconcile cashier records with bank statements to ensure accuracy
* Consolidate and verify payment collection details and integrate them into inventory management systems
* Ensure all cash flow records are accurate and up-to-date

Receivables Management

* Verify repair payment collection for each vehicle, ensuring payments are received in full based on repair categories and issued invoices
* Track and reconcile after-sales payment receipts to ensure proper collection
* Monitor and analyze insurance claim payments to ensure timely and accurate processing

Data Analysis & Reporting

* Consolidate repair income records from branch financial statements and prepare comprehensive repair revenue reports
* Analyze daily purchasing, sales, and inventory data for after-sales operations across all branches
* Prepare statistical analysis of parts, materials, and related information across branches
* Analyze maintenance claim and accident-related repair payment data to ensure proper insurance reimbursement processing

Documentation & Records Management

* Register and manage invoice data across all branches, ensuring proper archival and retrieval
* Maintain accurate records of parts, materials, and supplier payment information
* Organize and manage all financial documentation for after-sales operations

Payables & Supplier Management

* Reconcile supplier payables for cars, parts, materials, and other after-sales supplies on a regular basis
* Monitor and manage insurance company reimbursement timelines to ensure proper payment processing
* Manage timely repayment of manufacturer loans for financed vehicle purchases based on cash flow conditions

Inventory Management

* Coordinate and oversee parts and components inventory counts across all branches
* Manage workshop tools inventory reconciliation and verification across branches
* Ensure accurate inventory records and identify discrepancies

Payroll & Compensation

* Review and verify after-sales department performance bonus payroll data
* Ensure accuracy of compensation calculations and timely processing

Fixed Assets Management

* Coordinate with administration to maintain fixed asset lists for all branches
* Oversee fixed asset inventory counts and reconciliation across locations
* Update and manage fixed asset records

Internal Accounting Support

* Assist domestic shared accounting team with after-sales Kingdee system accounting entries
* Ensure proper recording of after-sales transactions in the accounting system
* Support month-end and year-end closing procedures

Operational Expense Management

* Process and review daily after-sales operational expense approvals
* Manage OA documentation for after-sales department expense items

Team Collaboration

* Support finance management with ad-hoc assignments and special projects
* Collaborate with other finance team members on various financial matters
* Provide support for audit and compliance activities


Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
* Minimum 2-3 years of relevant finance experience
* Strong proficiency in Excel and financial software systems
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
* Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese


Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in automotive or retail industry
* Knowledge of UK financial regulations and tax compliance
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Kingdee, SAP)
* Bilingual capabilities (English and Mandarin)
