You will work with a dedicated team of Senior Radiographers, Radiographers, Assistant Practitioners, HCAs, and administrative staff. You will report to the Unit Manager and receive support from a Clinical Lead.
As a Radiographer at Alliance Medical, your responsibilities include adhering to protocols and procedures to produce high-quality images and providing an exceptional standard of patient and customer care. Our focus is on teamwork, learning, development, and support.
The ideal candidate will perform a variety of MRI examinations and seek to further develop their career. You should have a flexible, patient-focused attitude, and be able to work collaboratively within the team. Building rapport with patients and customers and maintaining high standards of care are essential.
The candidate should have 1-2 years of MRI experience, organizational skills, and the ability to perform various MRI scans routinely. Excellent communication, IT literacy, and the ability to work under pressure are required. Previous cannulation experience and evidence of clinical competency are advantageous.
IV Cannulation skills are essential, with training provided if needed. Flexibility, teamwork, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve are important qualities. HCPC registration is required.
