Are you ready to shift into gear? We’re on the lookout for a skilled
Class 2 HGV Driver
to join our fantastic team in Avonmouth. This role is more than just driving; it’s about being part of a team that works hard, wins together, and grows stronger every day! In this role, you’ll be working a rolling 3-week rota, covering 4 shifts over 7 days, with 12-hour shifts starting between 3pm and 5pm. If you thrive under pressure and love the buzz of the road, this could be the perfect fit for you! Success in This Role Looks Like:
Health & Safety Knowledge:
A solid understanding of Health and Safety Legislation and Food Safety Standards, along with good geographic knowledge of UK roads. Daily Checks:
Conducting thorough daily checks in line with company procedures to ensure the vehicle is roadworthy and the load is safe and secure. Driving Experience:
Ideally, you’ll have at least 1 year of current driving experience, no more than 6 points on your license, and multi-drop delivery experience, especially in the chilled food industry. Team Player:
