You will work closely with the class teacher to help manage classroom routines, deliver small group interventions, and support pupils' learning and well-being. What We’re Looking For: Experience working with children in any capacity (e.g. nursery, childminder, youth work, sports coaching, dance teaching, etc.) A positive, proactive, and supportive approach to learning A genuine interest in education and child development SEN experience is desirable, but not essential – enthusiasm and dedication are key!
