Job Title: Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk
Location: Studley (Office-based)
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:30 – 17:00 | Friday, 08:30 – 16:30
Contract: Temporary
Start Date: Immediate
We’re currently recruiting for a Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our client’s team in Studley. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with purchase ledger experience who is available to start work immediately.
About the Role:
As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will be responsible for:
* Processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
* Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
* Ensuring timely payments and maintaining accurate financial records
* Supporting the finance team with ad hoc administrative duties
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role
* Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
* Good working knowledge of accounting software (COINs experience is a plus but not essential)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work both independently and within a team
