GSL Education Lincolnshire are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Supply Teachers to cover planned and unplanned teacher absences from September 2025.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across Key Stages in the absence of the regular teacher.
* Follow lesson plans provided or use your own initiative to adapt material to suit learners’ needs.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
* Mark and assess students' work in line with school policies when required.
* Liaise with school staff to ensure the smooth running of the school day.
* Uphold school values and encourage positive behaviour and academic achievement.
* Be available for short notice or planned cover, depending on your availability.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
* Previous classroom experience in a UK school setting.
* Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
* Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility, resilience, and a proactive attitude to working in different school environments.
* Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (essential).
* Right to work in the UK.
