We are looking for a HR Specialist to temporarily support our Flavors Europe business unit and European recruitment team from our European Flavors' headquarters in Milton Keynes, UK. You will be responsible for providing HR support in all areas of the employee lifecycle and will be involved in in various HR functions from onboarding and offboarding to talent acquisition. This is a temporary role, only required for a 4-6 month period. What you will do: Act as a HR contact person across the site, advising on HR policies and procedures and dealing with day-to-day HR issues. Support the recruitment process by posting positions, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, preparing employment offers. Ensure all onboarding and off-boarding activities are delivered and improvement action items followed up. Ensure data integrity is maintained for our HRIS systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate. Complete monthly and quarterly HR reporting and audits. Undertake HR administration tasks and updating employee files, HRIS and informing payroll for new hires, terminations, changes and absences. What you will bring: Excellent administration skills. Some knowledge of HR processes and procedures. Ability to confidently work in the database. Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
