£250 Signing Bonus paid after 3 months of work for contracts 30+ Hours/Week (eligible from 13/5/2025)
As a carer with MSH, your job is to help people live independently at home. This could mean anything from helping with personal care or medication reminders, to simple companionship and friendly conversation. You have the ability to add a little magic into someone\'s day.

Prior experience welcomed but not required.
What you need to know
* In this role, there is no such thing as a typical client or a typical day.
* Every person you care for is an individual with their own personal needs and personality, and their care will be tailored to meet these needs.
* Your main responsibilities will range from providing personal care, administering medication, shopping calls or companionship.
* Set shift pattern with alternate weekends off!
* MUST HAVE UK DRIVING LICENSE

What we need from you
* Be caring, empathetic, flexible and respectful.
* Be willing to have an enhanced DBS check completed.
* Must have driving licence
* You must be 18yrs old or older.
* Competitive hourly starting rate of £12.50 + £0.50 area uplift = £13/hour
* + Client Uplifts ranging from £0.50 - £4.50!
* Flexible rota schedule with permanent contracts of employment with guaranteed hours
* Travel Time paid between visits at NMW!
