Teaching Assistant - NG17 Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in young children's lives? We are currently seeking qualified practitioner to support a school setting in on a full time basis. These settings are a mix of local authority, independent and school nurseries. You will be matched to a setting and role based on your location, availability, experience and preference. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and nurturing environment, surrounded by enthusiastic colleagues and eager learners. As you will be working with young children, you will need enthusiasm, energy, a can-do attitude, understanding and support to young children who are growing and developing social, emotional and mental skills. You will need to be open to working in and outdoors amongst classes with paint, sensory activities and messy play. Key Responsibilities: Support the planning and delivery of engaging and developmentally appropriate activities. Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment for all children. Monitor and assess children's progress and development. Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure a cohesive approach to early years education. Build strong relationships with children and their families. Ideal Nursery Nurse Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education. Previous experience working as a Nursery Nurse in a nursery or early years setting. Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for working with young children and promoting their well-being and development.
