Your Responsibilities
* Strategy & planning
o Collaborate with stakeholders to set targets, develop customer profiles, identify potential customers, research customer challenges, and maintain an accurate database.
* Campaign & content execution
o Execute multi‑channel campaigns (email, web, social, digital ads) to boost sales, engagement, leads, brand awareness, and revenue.
o Segment audiences using data, tailor messages and optimise campaigns for set objectives.
o Conduct A/B testing to exceed targets; collaborate with digital specialists for content and landing pages.
o Create evergreen content for digital channels, manage the online sales funnel, and qualify leads.
o Work with external media partners and PR agencies.
o Analyse campaign results to enhance future effectiveness continually.
* Reporting & analytics
o Maintain reports on ticket sales, leads, and campaign performance.
What We Expect From You
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, marketing, or a related field.
* 2–5 years of marketing experience.
* IT skills: Canva, copywriting, LinkedIn and Excel.
* Excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Excellent time management and prioritisation skills in a fast‑paced environment.
Start date: As soon as possible.
Monday – Friday, we work from our office and do not offer remote work.
