Salary: £36,000 £4,800 Car Allowance Mileage Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week across 5 days (2-week rolling rota) Location: Community-based (travel required) Are you an experienced Registered Nurse who thrives in a community setting? Our client, a leading provider of patient-focused healthcare services, is seeking a confident and compassionate community nurse to support patients in their own homes with a range of clinical interventions. Renal experienceparticularly Peritoneal Dialysis is highly desirable for this role, as you'll be supporting patients with complex long-term conditions. About the Role This is a varied and autonomous role where youll deliver safe, high-quality care in the community, working closely with patients, carers and NHS partners. Youll have time to focus on what matters most: personalised, professional care that improves lives.
