Your role will involve understanding each customer's needs and their home improvement projects, with responsibilities including sales, managing stock, setting up displays, and maintaining store appearance. You will have opportunities for training in paint-mixing and timber cutting, but delivering excellent customer service will be your main focus.

We are looking for someone who is eager to help, willing to learn, and passionate about home improvement. You should be friendly, outgoing, and enjoy helping others. The ability to adapt to new technology and work methods is important. You must be a team player and flexible to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
