Are you passionate about driving change and delivering impactful solutions? Join us as a Delivery Manager - BR-MeX (Business Customer and Retailer Measure of Experience) and play a key role in shaping how we improve our services. This is your chance to lead initiatives that make a real difference, working with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing as a Delivery Manager - BR-MeX
As a Delivery Manager - BR-MeX, you'll be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement and delivering change across people, processes, and technology. You'll work closely with business owners, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to ensure solutions meet the needs of our Business and Retailer customers.
This is not an IT delivery or Scrum-focused role. While there may be occasional interaction with Agile teams (such as contributing to user stories), the core of this role is about planning and delivering business initiatives that improve processes, ways of working, and collaboration across teams. It's primarily focused on driving change through people and process improvements, both within Thames Water and in partnership with external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Leading initiatives end-to-end, from business analysis through to delivery.
2. Creating business cases, gathering requirements, and managing delivery plans.
3. Collaborating with SMEs and managing customer journeys.
4. Engaging stakeholders and promoting solutions that meet real business needs.
5. Supporting governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
6. Applying experience in continuous improvement and project delivery across cross-functional teams.
7. Maintaining strong stakeholder management and a customer-centred approach.
8. Demonstrating energy and drive throughout the full project lifecycle.
9. Exhibiting excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
10. Using a range of techniques to elicit and define requirements.
11. Supporting decision-making and tracking delivery with strong presentation and Excel skills.
