About The Role We’re looking for a motivated and multi-skilled Visual Content Producer to join our growing creative team. This role is ideal for someone who’s hands-on, organised, digital trend driven with an interest in AI technology, and passionate about visual storytelling. You will manage the day-to-day running of our studio, capture high-quality product and lifestyle photography, and produce engaging support videos that elevate our product launches and strengthen our brand presence across all channels. You’ll also be working with AI-powered imaging tools, supporting everyday image updates that help the team work faster and more efficiently — always with guidance from senior creatives and without compromising Brompton’s visual quality or brand standards. Key Responsibilities Studio Management Maintain the creative studio, ensuring it is organised, equipped, and ready for daily use. Manage studio bookings, equipment inventory, and lighting setups. Coordinate with internal teams to prepare products, samples, and assets for shoots. Uphold best practices for file management, naming conventions, and asset delivery. Photography Shoot high-quality product, detail, and lifestyle photography for e-commerce, campaigns, and social content. Assist with lighting design, composition, and styling to achieve consistent brand standards. Retouch and edit images to final delivery quality using industry-standard software. Support senior creatives on larger shoots as needed. Video Production Produce, shoot, and edit short-form support videos for product launches, tutorials, social media, and brand engagement. Work with the creative and marketing teams to storyboard and plan content. Capture clean audio, lighting, and visuals suited to a variety of platforms and formats. Edit footage into polished, on-brand videos with motion graphics, captions, and product overlays as required. AI Imaging & Workflow Support Identify suitable AI tools and support the creative team in using AI-assisted imaging for simple, repeatable image updates (such as background changes, minor localisation, or asset variations). Work with senior creatives to review AI-generated outputs and ensure they meet Brompton’s quality, realism, and brand standards. Help organise and manage AI-generated assets, following clear file naming, version control, and delivery processes. Stay curious about new tools and workflows, sharing learnings that could improve efficiency across the studio. Essential Skills & Experience 1–2 years’ experience in a creative, content, or studio-based role (internships considered). Strong understanding of studio photography, lighting principles, and camera operation. Confidence using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro; After Effects a bonus). Ability to multitask, remain organised, and manage workflow in a busy studio environment. An interest in emerging creative technologies, including AI-assisted imaging tools (hands-on experience is a bonus, not a requirement). Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within a creative team. Desirable Experience with product or e-commerce photography. Basic motion graphics or animation knowledge. Familiarity with social media content trends and formats. Experience experimenting with AI image generation, editing, or automation tools. Keen interest in brand storytelling and visual identity.
