Team Leader 1x Permanent, Full-Time position, available with a competitive pay and benefits package including a starting salary of £40,202 a year, rising to £43,448 per year after key competencies of the role are met. Tai Tarian is growing and we are looking for a self-motivated, resilient Team Leader to join us in our Neighbourhood team. You'll be joining our support team at a pivotal moment as this is without doubt, a challenging time for the housing sector. The successful candidate will deliver a high-quality, customer-focused grounds maintenance service that enhances neighbourhood pride and customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Senior Operations Supervisor, this role is responsible for leading a team of Grounds Maintenance and Arborist Operatives to deliver high-quality, safe, and sustainable land management services across the organisation’s neighbourhoods. The role ensures services are delivered efficiently while providing an excellent customer experience, maintaining attractive and environmentally responsible outdoor spaces that support our biodiversity, and sustainability goals. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners this role ensures that land management services meet customer needs while contributing to the organisation’s environmental and social value objectives.
