Motor Claims Liability Investigator
Starting salary between £25,100 to £28,500 (depending on hours, skills, and experience) plus additional benefits.
Our standard full-time contracts are for 35 hours per week (with options for part-time working). We may also offer a 40-hour contract with an enhanced salary of up to £32,571.43.

About the job
As a Motor Claims Liability Investigator, you will be responsible for gathering accurate and relevant information, liaising with customers and involved parties, including suppliers, to achieve the best settlement outcomes for our customers and business. Your success will impact Aviva’s market position in indemnity spend and our goal to become market leading.

Skills and experience we’re looking for
* Possess persuasive, strong, and confident customer service skills
* Ability to work effectively in teams and collaborate with others
* Self-motivated to complete investigations, obtain evidence, defend our liability stance, and handle difficult calls with customers and third parties under pressure
* Basic computer literacy, numeracy skills
