CRM Marketing Manager
London 3 days per week
Up to £58,000
A fast-growing entertainment and experiences brand is looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to build and own its CRM function from the ground up. This is an opportunity to shape a high-performing CRM ecosystem for a company known for immersive, storytelling-led events with a rapidly expanding UK and international footprint.
You will develop the CRM strategy, build automated journeys, drive segmentation, and deliver campaigns that convert, retain and inspire.
Responsibilities
• Build and scale the CRM function, starting with email and expanding into SMS, loyalty and multi-channel automation
• Develop lifecycle programmes across retention, upsell, loyalty and win-back
• Own the CRM campaign calendar and create compelling, commercially-led content
• Partner with creative teams to bring high-quality storytelling into CRM communications
• Manage segmentation, reporting and performance insight, with a focus on incremental uplift
• Own the CRM platform (Klaviyo) and build sophisticated flows and reporting
Experience
• 4+ years’ experience in CRM, lifecycle or retention marketing (DTC, ecommerce or hospitality a plus)
• Hands-on Klaviyo (or other ESP) experience
• Strong copywriting and creative instincts
• Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and CRM performance reporting
• Comfortable building processes, automation and CRM strategy from scratch
