Payments Technology Stability & Resiliency Director (Executive Director)

We are seeking a senior leader to join our Payments Technology team as a Payments Technology Stability & Resiliency Director, responsible for driving high-quality testing, change assurance, and production stability across complex payments platforms.
In this role, you will:
1. Define and deliver the strategy for test integration and change assurance across payments technology
2. Lead global teams to provide business and client assurance testing across products including liquidity and account solutions
3. Drive adoption of AI, data-led validation, and end-to-end automation to improve speed, quality, and change confidence
4. Partner with CTO, product, and operations teams to ensure strong governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance
5. Proactively identify, assess, and resolve risks to minimise client and production impact
6. Establish and track KPIs and outcome-based metrics to demonstrate value and influence senior stakeholders
