What You’ll Be Doing:
• Providing day-to-day support to residents
• Covering reception duties and creating a warm, welcoming environment
• Assisting in running activities and social drop-in sessions, such as tea and coffee gatherings
• Offering support during catering hours
• Building positive relationships with residents and encouraging a sense of community

• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people
• Flexibility and a team-oriented approach to work
