Salary: £15.80 – £16.00 per hour
Hours: Full-time | 37.5 hours per week | Flexible shifts incl. evenings & weekends

We’re now recruiting Senior Healthcare Assistants / Senior Support Workers for an inter-generational extra care service based in Hull (HU3). This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering job security and career progression after a 12-week probation period.
💼 Your Role
As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you will:

Deliver high-quality, respectful personal care and support to older adults and others in need of assistance.
*
Provide emotional and practical support with day-to-day living tasks, empowering individuals to live independently.
*
Supervise and support care staff, ensuring they are deployed efficiently and in line with service user needs.
*
Liaise with families and professionals, promoting collaborative, outcome-focused care planning.
*
Assist senior management with the day-to-day coordination and quality oversight of the service.
✅ What We’re Looking For
*
Minimum 2 years' experience supporting older people in a care setting.
*
Supervisory experience or strong ability to lead and support others (desirable).
*
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (desirable).
*
Proof of right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship).
*
Two professional references (one must be from your most recent employer).
💷 Pay Rates (During Probation)

Weekday Rate: £15.80 per hour
*
Night/Weekend Rate: £16.00 per hour

*
Full-time: 37.5 hours/week, on a flexible rota including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
