Salary: £50,000 per annum + bonus
Hybrid working – 3 days based in Capenhurst office

Our client is a leading nuclear technology company, specialising in developing advanced solutions that contribute to a sustainable energy mix.
They currently require an Executive Assistant to join their business and provide support to their Chief Executive Officer.
The ideal candidate will have Executive Assistant/PA experience working within a global corporate environment, along with experience managing international travel and high-level executive logistics.
Responsibilities:
Managing and optimising complex calendars including internal and external meetings across different time zones.
Proactively co-ordinate and confirm appointments, board meetings, client engagements and internal strategy sessions.
Manage the co-ordination of international meetings to include:
Arranging attendees, organising venues and hospitality;
Distribution of the agenda, minute taking and produce key paperwork
Preparation and editing of correspondence, reports, presentations and briefing materials.
Collate and communicate information at a detailed level, possibly of a technical or statistical nature, both internally and externally.
Ensuring the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary are well prepared for meetings with timely briefings, agendas and relevant documentation.
Acting as the point of contact between internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanour.
Monitoring of time-sensitive responses and deadlines to ensure the progression of any actions required.
Process documents and data in accordance with internal standard procedures.
Involvement in project meetings to meet critical milestones and target dates associated with project delivery.
Liaising with the wider leadership team to ensure alignment and information flow.
Handling highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Provide support with the internal expense management system.
International Travel Management
Planning, co-ordinating and managing all aspects of domestic and international travel, including flights, visas, accommodations, ground transport and itineraries.
Providing 24/7 support during travel to address unforeseen changes or challenges.
Ensuring seamless co-ordination between global time zones and trip logistics.
Experience & Qualifications
Secretarial/PA Diploma or Business Studies Degree
A minimum of 5 years’ experience working at a similar level in a global corporate environment.
Experience of managing international travel and high-level executive logistics.
Proficient in working on calendar management tools.
Highly discreet and professional; able to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Forward thinking and confident in identifying and implementing change.
High level of computer proficiency, with a practical understanding of business information tools and processes.
Exceptional organisational, time management and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Effective team working, managing and influencing multifunctional and multicultural interfaces.
Experience of working within a regulated and documented management system.
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft applications.
DV security clearance is required in order to undertake the role.
Flexible and adaptable with a Global mindset, comfortable working across time zones and outside working hours as and when required.
Broad commercial and financial awareness, business strategy understanding and knowledge
Pitman/RSA Typewriting (min Stage III) – Desirable
Pitman Shorthand (min 100/120 wpm) – Desirable
