Customer Service Representative - Hybrid Working | Preston | Up to £30,000 DOE Recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing fintech business We're working with an innovative and rapidly expanding digital investment company, currently seeking a proactive and experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team in Preston. This is a full-time, hybrid position (3 days office / 2 days home), ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing role and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team. The Role: As Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers across multiple channels, helping to resolve a variety of queries in a professional, efficient, and empathetic manner. You'll also support internal teams and contribute to service improvements.
