Key Responsibilities: Manage Sub Contractors on a daily basis to ensure smooth operations and adherence to contract terms. Review CAFM PPM System to plan subcontractor attendance, ensuring all work is completed on schedule. Coordinate Site Access & Works to minimise disruption to clinical services and ensure patient care remains unaffected. Review RAMS & H&S Documentation before site works commence to ensure all Health & Safety regulations are met. Liaise with Internal Stakeholders & Site Management to schedule works, coordinating with internal UHL stakeholders and site management.
