I’m looking for a Business Performance Manager to join my clients growing team This is a key role supporting new business initiatives, strategic planning, data management, and reporting.
You will ensure the delivery of high-quality, actionable Business Intelligence that enables core business functions to run effectively.
Its hybrid working, 3 days a week (5 days initially) in their Glasow city centre office.
What You’ll Do
1. Lead and manage a team of performance analysts to deliver exceptional service.
2. Monitor real-time business activity, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
3. Develop efficient systems and processes for analysing cross-functional business data.
4. Create and maintain performance-related MI and customer dashboards that are timely, accurate, and easy to interpret.
5. Provide detailed analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
6. Deliver training to managers on interpreting and using performance data.
