Responsibilities
* Accept deliveries, unpack goods, and prepare crates to ensure the shop floor is fully stocked.
* Use in-store systems and tools to track deliveries and manage stock.
* Ensure products are where they need to be and available for customers at all times.
* Maintain a clean and tidy store environment and support operational tasks to keep the store running smoothly.
* Collaborate with colleagues across the store to support a seamless operation and inclusive environment.
Key Accountabilities
* Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points.
* Monitor daily sales targets, priorities, promotions, and selling opportunities.
* Proactively engage with customers to understand needs, make recommendations, and deliver outstanding service.
* Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend products and services.
* Receive training to utilise digital tools and communication channels to deliver for the customer.
