(National Accounts – Protection Distribution)
Beagle Street is looking for an experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to drive sustainable growth across our protection distribution partnerships. This is a high‑impact role, owning relationships with major intermediary firms, networks, and consolidators, and positioning Beagle Street as a preferred protection provider across the UK.
You’ll lead national account strategy end‑to‑end by building deep, long‑term partnerships, unlocking new distribution opportunities, and delivering profitable growth aligned to our wider business ambitions. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll translate market insight and data into partner‑centric solutions that strengthen our presence and credibility in the intermediated protection market.
What you’ll do
* Own and grow key national and strategic intermediary relationships
* Develop and deliver tailored account strategies to maximise APE and long‑term value
* Unlock new opportunities across panels, propositions, and digital distribution
* Lead senior‑level partner engagement and represent Beagle Street across the market
* Use data, MI, and insight to drive informed, commercial decision‑making
* Deputise for the Head of Distribution Sales when required
About you
You’ll bring strong commercial acumen, exceptional relationship‑management skills, and deep knowledge of the UK protection market, with a proven track record of growing strategic or national accounts.
