Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Irish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Address inquiries regarding our products and services, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records for future reference.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and improve customer experience.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and updates to assist customers effectively.
- Fluency in Irish (both written and spoken); English language skills are an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer support software is a plus.
