Overview

Quote from Hiring Manager: Working with one of the World’s most iconic and valuable Spirits Brands “Jack Daniel’s” along with other premium brands such as Woodford Reserve, Chambord, Diplomatico Rum and Gin Mare. This is a great opportunity to join a high performing team and be an integral part of our business. You will have autonomy, responsibility and accountability for a top 5 grocery account, driving commercial success and excellence across the Asda business through collaboration with key stakeholders, internally and externally.

Meaningful work from day one: Leading the Joint Business Plan and having full P&L ownership, managing all variables (commercial, marketing, supply chain) to deliver the plan while developing longer term strategic and commercial plans for your account. You will also lead brand activation plans, working closely with Customer Marketing and the customers media partners.


Responsibilities

* Build strong relationships externally with our Retail Partner and internally with key stakeholders and other Brown-Forman functions. Look beyond the outline trading plan to pursue new opportunities and strengthen relationship and performance within Asda.
* Lead the JBP (Joint Business Plan) process: plan, agree and deliver the JBP, ensuring it meets business metrics and customer KPIs.
* Develop commercial & strategic plans with functions such as RGM and Customer Marketing to deliver long-term sustainable growth for the account.
* Manage the P&L: meet/exceed annual volume, value & profit objectives across all brands in the account.
* Administrative accountability: ensure all internal and external admin (invoicing, promotional nominations, new line forms, cost price changes, forecast updates, etc.) is completed accurately and on time.

* Strong sales and account management experience with a proven track record of delivering brand growth in a competitive environment.
* Demonstrated ability to forecast and analyse accurately, with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills; ability to work collaboratively.
* Entrepreneurship and an eye for new opportunities to exceed the plan.
* Strong computer skills with current or quickly buildable proficiency in Google Workspace.
