Key Responsibilities as a SEN Teaching Assistant : Assist teachers in delivering personalised support for students with a range of special educational needs. Provide one-on-one support for students during lessons, activities, and daily routines. Create and maintain a positive, engaging classroom atmosphere. Help students build confidence, social skills, and develop their emotional well-being. Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to deliver high-quality education. Assist in preparing and organising classroom materials and resources. Qualifications & Skills required for SEN Teaching Assistant role : No formal qualifications required—we welcome applicants with a passion for education and working with children.
