Key Responsibilities
* Manage the efficient route planning of the delivery vehicles and ensure that stock is moved efficiently and safely
* Build relationships with internal customers to determine their requirements, manage expectations and achieve our service level agreements
* Live and breathe excellent customer service and support and coach our Drivers to do the same
* Ensure all business Health and Safety measures are followed and report on all accidents and near misses
* Motivate, lead and develop the team to excel in their current role and understand and support their aspirations
* Improve returns, credits and warranty processes thereby enhancing the customer experience
* Control and monitor costs, such as driver overtime, absence etc.
Skills and Experience
* Experience working in a similar role
* Ability to lead, motivate and supervise a team of Drivers
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to thrive in a high pressure and fast-paced environment

* Current valid Driving License
