Scale 2 or 3 (depending on experience) Required for ASAP 20 hours – Permanent We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and dedicated Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting teaching and learning. The successful candidate will have high expectations of both attainment and behaviour, and a commitment to helping all children or individual children achieve their full potential. We are looking for someone: With a patient, empathetic, and flexible approach. Who has excellent communication and teamwork skills. Who is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. With experience of working with children with neurodiversity and/or learning difficulties (desirable). With relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) desirable but not essential. With RWI or phonic knowledge (desirable) The hours will be 8.30am – 12.30pm Monday to Friday term time only.
