About the Role
As Head Housekeeper, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout our hotel. Your leadership will be key in managing our housekeeping team, overseeing daily operations, and maintaining the pristine reputation we are known for.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service.
* Manage daily housekeeping operations, including cleaning schedules, inspections, and stock control.
* Ensure all rooms and public areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
* Train new staff and provide ongoing coaching and support.
* Oversee laundry services and maintain inventory of linens and supplies.
* Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Head Housekeeper or in a senior housekeeping role, preferably in a hotel setting.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to solve problems efficiently.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
