About the English Graduate Teacher Programme: This programme is designed to support aspiring English teachers by providing valuable in-school experience prior to progressing onto formal teacher training routes such as PGCE, School Direct, or SCITT. You will work closely with experienced English teachers, developing your subject knowledge, classroom confidence, and behaviour management skills.
