Sales Executive – Milton Keynes – Global Construction Manufacturer**
We are currently recruiting for a global construction manufacturer in one of the biggest growth sectors across the UK. This is a rare opportunity where our client is not looking for any kind of industry background but people who are good at speaking with accounts, have a structured sales approach, sales experience and keen to progress their career. The role is based in Milton Keynes 4 days a week and 1 day based from home.
Role:
You will be responsible for -
* Proactively manage and maintain relationships with key accounts not falling within defined quadrants
* Outbound to warm contacts and accounts to improve spend and build relationships
* Selling through the value and service of the company; very consultative
* Develop and manage accurate sales forecasts and demand plans
* Manage and develop relationships with accounts across the company brands
* Drive any new business opportunities through a proactive approach and support from the team
Candidate:
The ideal candidate will -
* Have a minimum of 1+ year B2B sales experience
* History of account management and new business
* Have a stable sales background
* Someone who is structured in their approach to help build and develop accounts
* Experience with objection handling, pricing and looking at margin (not essential but would be preferable)
* Any experience in construction or build materials would be beneficial but not essential
* Good at building relationships
Package:
* Basic Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 (negotiable based on experience)
* Bonus around £16,000 (paid out quarterly)
