This is a full-time, permanent role, with hybrid working available after six months (subject to agreement with the Chief Accountant). You’ll work across accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, and reconciliations, gaining broad experience in a close-knit team. You’ll Be Responsible For: Managing the accounts payable ledger and preparing payment runs Handling supplier queries and monthly reconciliations Supporting income processing across departments (retail, events, accommodation) Performing banking duties and assisting with audit and compliance tasks Collaborating with a small, experienced finance team to drive efficiency and accuracy Who We’re Looking For: Essential: Highly numerate with great attention to detail Strong communication skills with a team-focused mindset Proactive and able to meet deadlines Competent with Microsoft Excel and able to learn new systems Desirable: AAT part-qualified or QBE Experience with Exchequer or similar finance systems Previous cash handling or charity sector experience Why Join Us?
