Mechanical Construction Manager

As experts in MEP engineering, we're delivering technically challenging data centre fit-outs and projects across commercial, education, and defence sectors.
Responsibilities
* Proactive management of Health, Safety and Quality on site.
* Day to day work site co‑ordination and planning to ensure the works are carried out safely and efficiently.
* Communication with team members and other stakeholders. Report progress and any challenges.
* Work collaboratively with the project team members, other contractors, and subcontractor work packages to achieve the overall project goals and programme targets.
* Work with the subcontractors to ensure the timely preparation of Risk Assessment Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans, Permits, Consents etc. for works and their implementation.
Qualifications
* Formal H&S training accreditations, minimum SMSTS.
* Appropriate background, knowledge, and experience within the MEPH contracting market.
* Working knowledge of MEPH systems their interdependencies and interfaces with Build structure, fixtures and finishes.
