Ticketer is dedicated to optimising operations and delivering seamless and efficient passenger experiences.
This role will:
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of customer projects
* Chair customer service reviews and own the cadence, agenda, and follow-up
* Really know our contracts – SLAs, scope, commercials – and make sure we’re delivering on what we’ve promised
* Coordinate change requests, working with internal teams to scope, assess impact, and deliver them smoothly
* Act as a central point between our customers and our internal teams (Product, Engineering, Operations, Customer Success)
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has experience in project delivery, service management, or customer success (ideally in tech / SaaS / transport)
* Is comfortable working with contracts, SLAs and governance
* Can build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
* Is organised, proactive, and genuinely cares about delivery excellence
