We have a variety of flexible day-to-day, short-term, and long-term roles available — perfect for those looking to gain school-based experience, build their education career, or achieve a better work–life balance. You’ll play a key role in supporting pupils’ learning, helping teachers deliver engaging lessons, and contributing to a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Key Responsibilities Provide learning support to pupils under the direction of the class teacher. Work with individuals or small groups to help them reach learning goals. Support pupils with additional or special educational needs when required. Encourage positive behaviour and active participation in lessons. Assist with classroom preparation, organisation, and general learning activities. What We’re Looking For Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable). A caring, patient, and proactive attitude. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work across different schools and year groups.
