We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Lancaster. You will work with children with Special Educational Needs, supporting them in small groups or 1:1 settings to help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Hours: Full-time and part-time positions available
Key Requirements:
* Experience working with SEN children
* Strong transferable skills such as patience, communication, and adaptability
* Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential
Responsibilities:
* Support children with SEN in learning activities
* Assist in behaviour management and implementing individual support strategies
* Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive learning environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
