Whyteleaf, Surrey – a rapidly growing insurance broker is expanding its Commercial broking team and looking for a Commercial Account Handler/Broker. The role is part home‑based, part office‑based, and offers an opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of commercial businesses including large property owners and schemes.
Role and Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of renewals, including negotiating and broking.
* Cross‑sell additional insurance products based on client demands and needs.
* Oversee day‑to‑day compliance procedures to meet FCA requirements.
* Deliver excellent telephone and communication support to clients.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years of commercial insurance experience, or combined property experience with potential.
* Full CII qualification or active study towards completion, expected within the first year of employment.
* Strong customer focus, integrity, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile.
