We’re working with a range of welcoming primary schools across Redbridge who are looking for Fully Qualified Teachers to join them from September.
Whether your experience sits within EYFS, KS1, or KS2, these schools are looking for teachers who bring energy to the classroom, build strong relationships, and genuinely care about helping children grow in confidence and ability.
Every school has its own personality, but what they all have in common is a supportive environment where great teaching is valued and pupils are encouraged to thrive.
These opportunities are ideal for teachers looking for a fresh start in September, whether you’re seeking flexibility, a long-term role, or a position with the possibility of something permanent further down the line.
If you’re someone who can create engaging lessons, build a calm and positive classroom culture, and inspire children to enjoy learning, we’d love to hear from you.

• Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom where every child feels supported and motivated
• Adapting teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including pupils with SEND and EAL
• Assessing progress and using this to support pupil development
• Managing behaviour with consistency, care, and clear expectations
• Working collaboratively with support staff, colleagues, and parents
• Contributing positively to school life while upholding safeguarding at all times
What we’re looking for:
• UK QTS is essential
• Recent experience teaching within a UK primary school
• A confident, organised, and adaptable approach
• Someone who builds positive relationships quickly with pupils and staff
• A genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential
