Overview
Oak Haven School is a nurturing, inclusive, specialist SEMH setting for Key Stage 2 to 4 learners with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). Our mission is to provide a safe, empowering environment where every young person is supported to Empower, Heal, and Thrive.
Position
Newly established in September 2025, we are now looking for three Teaching Assistant Level 3+ to join our team. Working in partnership with the Class Teacher and fellow Teaching Assistants, the successful candidate will work with learners in small groups, and on occasions provide whole class cover, delivering lessons to a small class of learners with social emotional and mental health needs.
Responsibilities
* Work with learners in small groups and provide occasional whole class cover.
* Deliver lessons to a small class of learners with social, emotional and mental health needs.
Qualifications
* GCSE (grade 9-4 or 2) in maths and English.
* NQF/QCF/RQF level 3 qualification or level 3 teaching assistant apprenticeship qualification.

Hours: 37 Hours Per Week
Working Pattern: Term Time + 1 week
Actual Salary: £28,121 - £31,104
