VANRATH are delighted to be supporting a Public Sector employer who are actively seeking an Administrator to join their team on a contract basis.
This is an urgent requirement offering an immediate start date.

Responsibilities:
* Provide professional administrative and secretarial support.
* Handle general enquiries and direct them appropriately.
* Perform typical admin tasks: data input, document creation, filing, photocopying, scanning.
* Manage internal/external communication (face-to-face, email, phone).
* Maintain and update digital and physical records.
* Use IT systems for data entry and performance reporting.
Essential Criteria:
* Minimum of 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) or 1 year of relevant experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Strong attention to detail, organisational, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Full Driving License and access to a car.
Desirable Criteria:
* RSA Stage 1 Word-Processing (or equivalent qualification).
* Experience in secretarial duties.
* Experience in the housing sector.
